Our therapists and other clinicians are trained and qualified to help you recover your mobility, monitor your symptoms, and help you adapt to your lifestyle changes. Whether you have undergone surgery, joint replacement, or other illnesses that have affected your function, we are ready to help you.

Physical therapy evaluates and performs gait, balance, and coordination training, strengthening exercises, and other therapeutic modalities as ordered by a physician, supported by evaluation. Physical therapy can establish/instruct on a home exercise program and may need to include orthopaedic aftercare therapy.

Our physical therapy services include:

• Assistance with walking
• Exercises on stair climbing and walking on other elevated floors
• Transfers
• Education and exercises on balance and coordination
• Assistance with getting in and out of bed
• Home Safety Evaluation and Modifications
• Fall Prevention Instruction

As long as you meet the Home Care eligibility requirements, Medicare will cover your services, and in many cases, Medicaid and most private insurance can cover them, too.

• Medicare – If you meet the eligibility requirements for Home Care and your doctor has certified your Homebound Status, Medicare may cover Home Care services for 60 days.
• Medicaid – Medicaid payment options depend on the policy of each state. In many cases, Medicaid covers Home Care services. You can contact your in-state Medicaid office directly to find out how your plan works with us. You can find the contact information for your state’s Medicaid program by searching the CMS.gov Contacts Database.
• Private Insurance – Most private insurance plans cover Home Care services. You can contact your insurance provider directly for your benefits and coverage. You can also give us a call to guide you through the options.
