Being able to talk or communicate with others is one of the essential human functions. When it is compromised, people may lose their independence and may increase possible risks to their health. With the help of our speech therapy, we can improve or restore their function. These services do not only focus on communication but also on evaluating and treating receptive and expressive language disorders, speech disorders, oral-motor skills, swallowing disorders, voice disorders, and cognitive-communication disorders.

Speech-language pathology can evaluate and perform treatments for voice disorders, speech articulation disorders, dysphagia, dysphasia/aphasia treatment, aural rehabilitation, and non-oral communication.

As long as you meet the Home Care eligibility requirements, Medicare will cover your services, and in many cases, Medicaid and most private insurance can cover them, too.

• Medicare – If you meet the eligibility requirements for Home Care and your doctor has certified your Homebound Status, Medicare may cover Home Care services for 60 days.
• Medicaid – Medicaid payment options depend on the policy of each state. In many cases, Medicaid covers Home Care services. You can contact your in-state Medicaid office directly to find out how your plan works with us. • Private Insurance – Most private insurance plans cover Home Care services. You can contact your insurance provider directly for your benefits and coverage. You can also give us a call to guide you through the options.
