Speech therapy services are delivered in the home and support individuals who have difficulty with communication, language, or swallowing due to illness, injury, or other medical conditions. Therapists help improve speech clarity, comprehension, and safe eating/swallowing skills.

Services include:

• Evaluation and treatment of communication challenges
• Swallowing support and safety training
• Language comprehension and cognitive communication strategies
• Customized therapeutic activities to improve speech and functional communication

You will need to have seen your PCP, surgeon, or specialist 90 days prior or within 30 days after the start of care before receiving home health care. A Home Health Face-to-Face Encounter document will have to be signed by your health care provider, requesting care for you to be in a home health setting. Home Health Care requires a homebound physical status as a necessity to qualify for services.

Medicare pays 100% of the covered services and supplies. We also accept Private Pay, Medicaid, and Insurance Pay.
