To qualify for home health services, a patient must require intermittent skilled nursing or therapy services and be certified as homebound by a licensed physician. Services are available to individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, or managing a chronic medical condition.

Services are primarily covered by Medicare, Medicaid, private health insurance, long-term care insurance, workers' compensation, and VA benefits. Private pay options are also accepted.
